Software license (SaaS)
Agada OS is provided as a software license (SaaS). It is not a sale of source code, not a transfer of intellectual property, and not a partnership. The license is personal or organizational according to the chosen path, and can be cancelled under the billing terms.
Data processing agreement (DPA). Zone 1
Zone 1 client data (journals, Care portal, approved notes) is processed as service data for the practitioner. We process it only to provide the platform, according to the privacy policy, with access controls and role separation. Sensitive clinical processing is not sold and is not used to train public models without explicit consent.
No-NDA policy for clients and practitioners
Pilot practitioners and clients are not asked to sign an NDA as a condition of use. Protection sits in the terms, the privacy policy, and the DPA. NDAs and IP assignment apply to developers, freelancers, and staff with access to code or infrastructure.
Wellness boundary
Information and outputs in Agada OS support administrative, educational, somatic, coaching, institutional, and personal wellness use only. They do not constitute binding legal, financial, medical, or psychiatric advice.
Intellectual property
The brand, method, SSOT, interfaces, and code belong to Edna Shifman / Agada OS. Using the system does not grant a right to copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the core.
Payments and cancellation
Memberships renew according to the chosen path (Grow, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy). Cancellation is available in settings or by writing to gabi@gabios.ai. Refunds are reviewed case by case.
Governing law
Israeli law. Jurisdiction in Tel Aviv, subject to applicable consumer law.
