Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are reviewed case by case

A digital membership, file, or access that has already opened does not guarantee an automatic refund. A request is reviewed against what was delivered, when it was cancelled, and applicable consumer law.

Cancellation

Renewal can be cancelled in settings or by writing to gabi@gabios.ai. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not erase access that has already opened.

How to ask

Write to gabi@gabios.ai with the order email and what happened. You will receive a clear reply, without a sales call.
